NEW WORLD: Amazed distributed permanent locks at over 1,200 players for exploit

In the past, some duplication exploits were found in Amazon s New World. This ensured that Amazon had to shut down the KO palette economy of the way for the second time.

Through the exploits, some players could generate a lot of gold for themselves, whereby the economy on the individual servers was a little destabilized. Of course, many players and Amazon are not too enthusiastic about this.

Exploit users are banned

So how to do it, Amazon has now probably over 1,200 players of the MMOs, which applies these exploits, permanently blocked. Community Manager Alexandria explained in a separate blog post that the first spell wave on 2 November took place. The team expects to have eliminated 80 percent of the duplicated tales and objects from the game.

After the developers could identify where the remaining items and tales have landed, they blocked 460 more players on November 15th. This will have been 98 percent of the generated gold. The remaining two percent come from players who have randomly encountered one of the exploits and did not abuse him. So these do not receive no barrier.

According to the blog post, the exploits did not target too high damage at least at the maximum level. Thus, the number of level 60 players with maximum Gear is still quite low.
